What is this training program? 

Coherence Therapy is a depth-oriented, experiential methodology that reliably facilitates transformational change. And as many of us discover, it can take time, support, and real immersion to feel grounded and confident applying it in the room. After offering several shorter trainings in 2025, I realized that clinicians benefit most from a longer-term learning container, one that allows for ongoing practice, deeper integration, and steady support.

This upcoming training is designed for therapists who are already incorporating Coherence Therapy and want to become truly fluent in the method. Together, we will build the confidence, skill, and clinical intuition needed to apply Coherence Therapy consistently and to facilitate profound shifts with clients. This will be a rich, hands-on experience for therapists who are ready to deepen their mastery and expand their transformative impact.

CEUs This training offers 50 CE hours through NASW.

Who is it for? This program is designed for clinicians who have already completed introductory Coherence Therapy training, hold a Level 1 certificate, actively use CT with clients, and are ready to deepen their proficiency and confidence in the methodology.

Training Size To ensure meaningful attention and support for each participant, enrollment is limited to 12 trainees.

Cost $3,700 total. This fee covers compensation for both trainers, licensing fees to the Coherence Psychology Institute, administrative support, and the small-group structure that allows for a highly personalized and intimate learning environment.

Payment Policy A $500 deposit reserves your spot. The remaining $3,200 can be paid at any pace that works for you — in full, in several larger payments, or gradually each month. Full payment is due two months before the training begins in July 2026. If payment is not completed by that date, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist. You will receive periodic email reminders of your remaining balance.

Schedule The training includes: • Twelve days of live Coherence Therapy practice with real-time coaching • Five consultation groups for case discussion, learning edges, and questions • One individual meeting with a trainer for personalized guidance and support

Practice: 9/14 and 9/17 from 2–6:30 pm CST 

Consultation: 9/10 and 9/25 from 1–3 pm CST

October 2026

Practice: 10/12, 10/19, 10/22, 10/29 from 2–6:30 pm CST 

Consultation: 10/2 from 1–3 pm CST

November 2026 

Practice: 11/2, 11/9, 11/23, 11/30 from 2–6:30 pm CST 

Consultation: 11/6 from 1–3 pm CST

December 2026

Practice: 12/7 and 12/21 from 2–6:30 pm CST 

Consultation: 12/4 and 12/11 from 1–3 pm CST

A trainer will be in touch to schedule their one-on-one consult with you sometime in November or December. 

Refund Policy 

If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason we will attempt to fill your spot with someone else. If your spot is able to be filled we will refund everything you have paid except a $200 non refundable deposit for the administrative work involved. If you cancel with plenty of notice we will definitely be able to fill your spot and refund you, but if you cancel more last minute there is a higher chance we will not be able to fill your spot and refund you.
