Complex Trauma Consult Group
Who is it for: Any therapists who are currently working with clients with CPTSD and would like a space to consult about these cases and receive guidance, support and psychoeducation. I will provide guidance based on my theoretical frameworks of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Memory Reconsolidation, Experiential Practice and Coherence Therapy. You would be a good fit if you are already practicing experientially or find yourself aligned with and wanting to further apply these frameworks.

Format: We will meet for 90 minutes, once a week for 8 consecutive weeks.
Dates: I will be running two of these groups in 2027. The first will meet on Thursdays from February 4th-March 25th at 2:00-3:30 pm CST. The second will meet on Tuesdays July 6th-August 24th from 10:00-11:30 am CST.
Participants: 8
Cost: $600 ($75 per group.)

Learn from receiving Coherence Therapy
Sometimes the best way to learn is to do it in an experiential, embodied way by actually feeling through the process on the client side. I offer short term, highly focused Coherence Therapy and Coherence Coaching for therapists who are learning the modality.

New therapist consult group
Who is it for: New therapists, either graduate students who are seeing clients as interns or associates who are in their first 2 years post graduation
Dates: 12 consecutive weeks, starting January 2027. Every Tuesday from 4:00-5:30 pm CST.
Cost: Sliding scale of $40-60 each
Group size: Capped at 8

​If you’re a newer therapist who already knows you want to work in an experiential, depth-oriented, non-pathologizing way with complex trauma, you’ve probably noticed how hard it can be to find spaces that really support that kind of learning and that are accessible for therapists who are new into their careers. The intention of this consultation group is to create a relaxed, collaborative space where new clinicians who are drawn to experiential trauma therapy can receive guidance, case support, and a supportive environment to learn in.

Intermediate Coherence Therapy 1-1Mentorship Program
Who is it for: Someone who has an introductory grasp on Coherence Therapy already and is looking to deepen understanding and proficiency with individualized one-on-one guidance.
​
Format: We will meet for a total of 8 sessions. 4 of those sessions will be practice sessions where you will practice Coherence Therapy with a volunteer client and get coaching and support from me. The other 4 will be one-on-one meetings where I work with you on your strengths, learning edges and areas for growth. The practice sessions will be 90 minutes, the one-on-ones will be 60 minutes. This mentorship will provide an experiential and personalized support to meet you right at your learning edges and help you grow.
Cost: $1500
