Listening seems so simple, but learning how to attune to and connect with other human beings can be much harder than it sounds, especially when you come from a background of neglect, insecure attachment and dysfunctional relationships.

This webinar will introduce foundational concepts of what interpersonal attunement and connection are, and practices for how to improve your capacity to meaningfully listen to and connect with others.

I will teach about many of the misattuned mistakes that get in the eay of deeper connection, explore how our own wounds and fears can influence such mistakes, and review simple but profoundly impactful practices to bring into all your relationships.
